Surviving in an already crowded market without any new innovative product is a next to impossible thing.
The first and foremost question will arise why will people buy your product? But if you go to any XYZ market area in any small town market, you will see some area dedicated for clothing. They are not offering any niche product, they all are selling mostly non-branded clothes.

They survive on customer relationship management. They do not offer any new product, but they maintain good relationship with a particular group of people who will purchase only from them. That’s their USP.
If you want to survive in this market, you will have to build a group of dedicated and loyal customers, who will come to you only whenever a need arises.
